Hospitals can’t afford lackluster collections anymore. But to identify the best path forward to improve patient payments, they need to identify the real issues around why so many patients don’t pay.
iVitaFi conducted research with patients on their preferences to make medical bill payments and with hospital leaders on their experience collecting patient payments. The disparity revealed that hospitals need more insight into how patients want to pay for their healthcare services.
